No Returns on Perishable Goods

Perishable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any perishable products, including but not limited to Makdous, Labneh Balls, Stuffed Cherry Peppers, and other food items.

Final Sale: All sales of perishable goods are considered final. We recommend that customers carefully review their orders before accepting the items and finalizing the purchase.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team at CS@zaitokhal.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of damage, such as photos of the affected items and the packaging.
